Some highlights:

  • Pioneered the offshore Marketing campaign delivery model for Accenture – a global first for this industry segment. Launched business critical marketing campaigns globally though mature marketing teams in offshore centers in NCR, Johannesburg and Manila. Created and led the single largest, highly sought after Marketing team in Accenture.
  • Changed the brand with which brands like TCS, CA and CK Birla Group went to market with. Developed the CK Birla Group Brand and all its group company brands, led the transition of the TCS brand to the Tata Group Brand identity program
  • Led the crisis communications for one of the most valuable brands of India during the critical phase of “shutdown of operations” in a challenging state – Internal, media, state government, legal. Ensured minimal collateral noise for the Group outside the state.
